Banada Burger Food Truck opened its windows in February 2022, fulfilling a long-time dream of Executive Chef and Owner, Joseph Walker.

Chef Joseph has more than fifteen years of experience cooking and leading kitchens at restaurants and health care facilities in Idaho and New Mexico and is excited to have the opportunity to bring some of his unique food creations and flavors to the Central Arkansas.

Banada Burger offers a rotating menu, but its signature burger, the Banada Burger, will have a permanent place on the menu. In addition, we feature other flavorful burgers, empanadas and loaded french fries that will be sure to please your palate.

We also offer custom catering with menus tailored to your budget and needs, from down-home simple to elegant 5 star fare.
